Uptime has been boringly good — 14 months, no unplanned downtime on the EU region. The status page is honest, which we appreciate.

Egress is priced fairly and published plainly. Our media delivery costs dropped roughly a third after the move.

Reserved pricing is a flat percentage cut with no fine print. We compared three vendors and the math here was cleanest.

Their DDoS scrubbing absorbed a large attack during our biggest sale week. We found out from the post-incident report, not from an outage.
