Slow support Dated console

A price hike on reserved terms landed mid-contract with 30 days' notice. Legal had to read the fine print twice. Trust eroded.

No regrets moving compute here. Storage is where the trade-offs live: cheap and reliable, but restore tooling is minimal.

We like the product surface and the honest status page. Support quality varies though: first line is fast, escalations can take a day.

Expensive Hidden fees Slow support

The console timed out during a production incident, which is the one time you really need it. The API stayed up, but that is a low bar.
