The update ships to all regions this week. Existing configurations are untouched; new behavior is opt-in until the next quarterly window, then defaults flip with sixty days' notice.
What changed
ReliaDB picks up the change automatically. The console surfaces a migration checklist, and the CLI prints a diff of every setting the update touches before you confirm.
Pricing impact
List prices are unaffected except where noted. Teams on reserved terms keep their discounts; the new rates apply only to fresh commitments.
Migration notes
Most teams need no action. Automated pipelines should pin the API version until test suites pass against v2, and the Terraform provider maps deprecated fields to their replacements with warnings, not errors.

The change is live in all 4 regions. Support hours for migration questions are extended through the end of the quarter.
